An exceptional piece of walnut was used in the making of this bowl, with insanely beautiful color gradients and small irregularities that tell the story of the history and life of the tree from which it originated.
The outer wall of the bowl is stained with turquoise blue, which in combination with the walnut base shines in a unique shade of green and in contrast to the almost golden shades inside the bowl creates a particularly dramatic impression. Textured with tiny dots that bring order to this picturesqueness and steady the eye.
The wood is polished to a silky sheen and surface protected with a mixture of oils and waxes suitable for food contact.
